My name is Youna Cho, I am an international student in TexasState University:)
I’m from South Korea. Sometimes I’ve been asked whether North or South, there’s no doubt, of course South. After came to the United States, I’m always thinking about how can I talk about Asian culture to American people for the easiest, funniest way. And I found ‘FOOD’ would be a great bridge between two cultures. So I decided noodle as my topic.
I will post variety things of noodle, from one of thousands Asian noodles recipe to the history of noodle. Also, I will try to give some meaning on my every topic. For example, one of my post chicken noodle soup, it seemed to just a normal, ordinary recipe. But, I’d like to replay the origin noodles in history, and remind what was slow food in history to people living surrounded by fast foods.
